Wonderful helpers

In addition to our customer service, complaints management, and social media teams, we are actively supported by other motivated individuals in order picking and logistics, as well as in packaging (in-house packing of our products).

Our company building in Burgwedel (Hanover)

An office and warehouse space spanning over 1,000 m² offers ample room for creative exchange, modern work, and enjoyment on the job. The 2,000 m² outdoor area completes the location.

History

2024

Our goal is to further strengthen our brand, open up new markets, and reach even more people with our high-quality products.

2023

Our team currently consisted of 20 dedicated employees. We are proud of the work we have accomplished together and look forward to continued growth in the coming years.

2022

Upon completion of construction, we were able to move into our new company building. The 3,000 m² site offers enough space for our growing team and enables us to manage our business activities more efficiently.

2021

Due to our continued growth, we decided to build a new headquarters in the Hanover region. This step allowed us to expand our capacities and adapt our infrastructure to meet increasing demand.

2018

Thanks to the continuous quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers, we have been able to reach the impressive milestone of over 100,000 customers. This is a testament to the trust our customers place in the brand and products.

2017

We have opened another sales channel by launching our own online shop. This has enabled us to offer our customers a convenient way to buy our products online and improve their experience with us.

2016

To support our growing activities, we opened our first own office. This allowed us to optimize our internal processes and improve collaboration within our team.

2015

We have expanded our product portfolio and focused on brick-and-mortar retail. By participating in beauty fairs, we were able to increase brand awareness and establish new partnerships with retailers.

2014

Dr. Massing Cosmetics was founded in Germany. From the very beginning, we handled all tasks ourselves, including packaging and shipping, to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and satisfy our customers.
