With our voluntary 60-day satisfaction guarantee, we want to make the decision to choose our products even easier for you. Should a product not meet your expectations despite being used as intended, our customer service is there for you.

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact our customer service within 60 days of receipt. Together, we will review your use and your individual situation.

What does the 60-day satisfaction guarantee mean?

Our satisfaction guarantee is a voluntary additional service from Dr. Massing Cosmetics. It applies in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal and is intended to give you more security with your first order.

Important: The 60-day satisfaction guarantee is not to be equated with the statutory right of withdrawal and is subject to its own conditions.

Requirements for claiming

The 60-day satisfaction guarantee applies exclusively under the following conditions:

  • It only applies to the first order of a product or set per customer.
  • It can only be claimed once per product category, for example in the categories of skincare, hair growth, or eyelashes.
  • The product must have been used as intended.
  • The request must be received by our customer service within 60 days of receipt of the goods.
  • The guarantee only applies to orders placed directly via our online shop.

Please note

  • Shipping costs are excluded from the refund.
  • Obviously abusive or repeated multiple orders are excluded from the guarantee.
  • Products in the hair and eyelash sector generally require consistent application over several weeks. Results may vary individually.
  • Our 60-day satisfaction guarantee is intended to give you confidence in your purchasing decision — it is not for the risk-free consumption of products.

How to make a request

If you wish to claim your 60-day satisfaction guarantee, please contact our customer service at info@dr-massing-cosmetics.de within 60 days of receipt.

Please provide the following information if possible:

  • your full name
  • your order number
  • the product or set concerned
  • a brief description of your experience with the product

Our customer service will review your request individually and get back to you as soon as possible.

Distinction from the statutory right of withdrawal

Regardless of our voluntary 60-day satisfaction guarantee, you are of course entitled to your statutory right of withdrawal.
