Nach Eingang deiner Bewerbung prüfen wir deine Unterlagen und melden uns bei dir. Im ersten Schritt lernen wir uns in einem etwa 30-minütigen Telefon- oder Videogespräch kennen.
Wenn es für beide Seiten passt, folgt ein persönliches Gespräch bei uns in Burgwedel. Abhängig von der Position kann zusätzlich ein Schnuppertag oder eine praxisbezogene Aufgabe Teil des Prozesses sein.
Nach deiner Bewerbung erhältst du zunächst eine Eingangsbestätigung. Anschließend prüfen wir deine Unterlagen sorgfältig und melden uns so schnell wie möglich persönlich bei dir.
Sollte die Prüfung einmal etwas länger dauern, halten wir dich über den aktuellen Stand auf dem Laufenden.

Für viele Positionen ist eine Kombination aus Arbeit vor Ort und Homeoffice möglich. Der konkrete Umfang richtet sich nach dem jeweiligen Aufgabenbereich und wird im Bewerbungsprozess transparent besprochen. Uns ist wichtig, sowohl konzentriertes Arbeiten als auch den persönlichen Austausch im Team zu ermöglichen.
Unser Unternehmenssitz befindet sich im Albrecht-Thaer-Ring 21 C in 30938 Burgwedel bei Hannover.
Dort arbeiten unsere verschiedenen Unternehmensbereiche unter einem Dach zusammen. Kostenfreie Parkplätze und Lademöglichkeiten für Elektroautos stehen direkt am Standort zur Verfügung.
In deiner ersten Arbeitswoche lernst du unser Unternehmen, unsere Produkte, Arbeitsweisen und wichtigsten Ansprechpartner kennen.
Zusätzlich erhältst du Zugriff auf unsere interne Wissensdatenbank und wirst von einem persönlichen Ansprechpartner begleitet. So kannst du dich Schritt für Schritt in deinen neuen Aufgabenbereich einarbeiten.
