Yes, you can use both an eye serum and a hyaluronic serum with Timeless Eye Pads. The Hyalove Serum can be used on the entire face. An "eye serum" from other manufacturers is often only intended for the eyes.
If you treat the eye pads well and care for them properly, you can basically reuse them infinitely. We recommend replacing them every 6 months to ensure optimal results.
Yes, all our products, including the Timeless Eye Pads, are cruelty-free.
Yes, both applications are possible - do it however you prefer. To ensure the serum is optimally distributed (e.g., without running down your face) and unfolds its full effectiveness, we recommend applying the serum to the inside of the eye pads before sticking them on.
Dr. Massing eye pads have been specially developed for the delicate eye area. If you want to reduce and treat frown lines or wrinkles on your forehead, we recommend using them with our Hyalove Serum in combination with our Microneedling Dermaroller.
After each use, clean the pads with warm water and a gentle soap. You can use any cleansing gel, foam, or mild soap (preferably without alcohol, fragrance, or oils) to preserve the material of the eye pads. Allow the eye pads to air dry before storing them back in the storage box.
You should store the eye pads in a cool, dry place. It is sufficient to store the eye pads in their storage box, sealed, dry and clean, at normal room temperature (between 5 °C and 25 °C).
Yes, you can store the eye pads in the transport box for 10 minutes before use.
* To ensure you always remain happy with your Dr. Massing Eye Pads and can achieve lasting beautiful results, we recommend replacing the eye pads every 6 months, as each application can leave its mark. Even if you treat your reusable eye pads with care, clean them gently, and use them with recommended serums, the silicone layer can change over time. This leads to the eye pads adhering less effectively to the skin and the active ingredients no longer being able to work 100% airtight.
