Vergleich Wimpernseren Long Lashes Classic, Ocean Power und Sensitive

Was passt realistisch in deinen Alltag?

Alle zugelassenen Pflegeprodukte sind also hormonfrei.

Wirksames Wimpernserum ohne Hormone: Was bedeutet das wirklich?

Hormonfrei vs. prostaglandinfrei: Was macht den Unterschied?

Which eye cream is right for me: Hyalove and Luxury Lift compared

The skin around our eyes is truly special. It is thin, delicate, and sensitive. And often, the eye area reveals more quickly than any other part of the face how we are doing, how we sleep, and how we age. This is mainly because the skin under the eyes is three to five times thinner than the rest of the face! That's exactly why I'm so often asked: "Pia, which eye cream is the right one for my eye care?" And my honest answer is almost always: It's not about "better" or "worse," but about what your eye area currently needs. With the Hyalove Eye Cream and the Luxury Lift Eye Cream, we at Dr. Massing have developed two creams that focus on very different aspects. Both have been specially developed for the sensitive skin of the eye area, both are highly tolerable, but they work in different ways. In this post, I would like to explain the differences between our two eye creams. Calmly, understandably, and without marketing fluff. So you can make a choice that feels right for your eyes. Why the eye area needs special care The area around the eyes is significantly thinner than the rest of the facial skin. It has fewer sebaceous glands, dries out more quickly, and reacts more sensitively to external influences. It's no wonder, then, that dryness, fine lines, dark circles, puffiness, or first wrinkles often appear here. At the same time, the eye area is constantly in motion: we blink, laugh, squint. All of this leaves its mark. That's why specially developed eye care is so important: it must be gentle, intensely nourishing, and work exactly where the skin is particularly delicate. Two eye creams: two different approaches Both the Hyalove and Luxury Lift Eye Creams are designed to specifically support the skin around the eyes. However, they address different concerns. Hyalove Eye Cream: Focus on hydration, freshness, and balance The Hyalove Eye Cream was developed for skin conditions where moisture, plumping, and a fresh look are paramount. Many people know the feeling: the skin appears dry, perhaps a little dull, fine dry lines are visible, and dark circles or slight puffiness make the eyes look tired. This is where Hyalove comes in. The contained triple-hyaluronic acid complex intensively hydrates the skin. Hyaluronic acid molecules of different sizes help to bind moisture both on the surface and in deeper skin layers. The result is a visibly smoother, suppler texture in the eye area. The formula is supplemented by a bio-peptide that supports the skin structure and gently evens out fine lines. The effect is often quickly visible, especially on dry or sensitive skin. Thus, the cream works against dark circles and puffiness and ensures fresh, awake, and balanced eyes. Hyalove is therefore an eye care product that is particularly suitable if your eyes: lack moisture the skin is delicate and thin eye bags, dark circles, or shadows are visible a fresh, radiant eye area is desired Luxury Lift Eye Cream: Focus on wrinkles, elasticity, and prevention The Luxury Lift Eye Cream addresses a different need: it specifically targets wrinkles, expression lines, and the desire for more elasticity. Many people describe their wrinkles in the eye area as deeper, longer, or more clearly pronounced (e.g., crow's feet). Others may not yet have pronounced wrinkles but want to prevent them early on. Luxury Lift works with a peptide complex and botox-like active ingredients that are designed to gently relax facial expressions. The skin is not "paralyzed," but specifically supported. This relaxation can visibly smooth expression lines and inhibit the formation of new wrinkles. The focus here is less on intensive hydration and more on structure, smoothing, and long-term wrinkle reduction. Especially for mature skin or for people who notice the first age-related changes, Luxury Lift can be a very suitable choice. Luxury Lift is particularly suitable if: wrinkles and crow's feet are the main concern the skin is losing elasticity expression lines become visible prevention is an important topic a smoother, calmer complexion is desired If you ask me what the most significant difference between the two eye creams is in everyday use, it's this: Hyalove Eye Cream stands for moisture, plumping & fewer dark circles/puffiness: ideal if your eyes look tired, if dark circles and puffiness bother you, or if dry lines appear due to lack of moisture. Luxury Lift Eye Cream stands for expression line smoothing, anti-aging performance & elasticity: ideal if wrinkles, crow's feet, and expression lines concern you, or if you want to prevent them with a strong peptide focus. Both creams can provide moisture. Both can smooth. But the priority is different. And that is so crucial for your choice. Don't want to choose one focus of action? You can also combine both eye creams and give your eyes the full power of care. Ingredients in detail: What's in the eye creams and why Luxury Lift Eye Cream: targeted active ingredients for expression lines, wrinkles & firmness The Luxury Lift Cream is deliberately designed as a potent anti-wrinkle eye care product. At its heart is a highly developed peptide complex that specifically targets expression lines in the eye area. A key active ingredient is Argireline®, a peptide known to visibly reduce expression lines. Studies show that expression lines can be measurably reduced within a few days. Argireline® does not "freeze" but gently relaxes the facial muscles. This effect is complemented by SYN®-AKE, an active ingredient with botox-like effects that reduces muscle contractions in the face – without diminishing natural facial expressions. In combination with Gatuline® Expression, known for its instant smoothing effects, a visibly calmer complexion around the eyes is achieved. The BoNT-L peptide also influences muscle activity and supports the visible smoothing of deeper wrinkles, while Matrixyl™ Synthe’6™ specifically stimulates collagen production. This active ingredient is particularly important when it comes to firmness, skin density, and the long-term structure of the skin. Two types of hyaluronic acid provide moisture and a pleasant skin feeling, plumping wrinkles from within. In addition, a vitamin C derivative protects the skin from free radicals and provides additional radiance to the eye area. Squalane, shea butter, and macadamia oil ensure that the skin remains supple without leaving a greasy film and simultaneously strengthen the skin barrier. Luxury Lift is thus an eye care product whose ingredients are specifically aimed at visibly reducing expression lines, crow's feet, and age-related lines and giving the skin around the eyes more firmness. Hyalove Eye Cream: Moisture, balance & freshness for the sensitive eye area The Hyalove Eye Cream follows a different active ingredient approach. Here, intensive hydration, plumping of fine lines, and the reduction of dark circles and puffiness are paramount. The core of the formulation is PRIMALHYAL™ 3K, a triple hyaluronic acid complex that provides the skin with moisture on several levels. Different molecular sizes enable multi-layered moisture binding, which visibly reduces dry lines around the eyes and alleviates feelings of tension. At the same time, this complex supports collagen synthesis and strengthens the natural skin barrier. A plant-based bio-peptide (Rubixyl®) complements the effect by smoothing and relaxing the skin and helping to visibly reduce stress-induced aging. For many people with sensitive skin types, this balancing effect is particularly important. With OpenSea Phycokin®, Hyalove also contains a marine active ingredient that specifically reduces puffiness and dark circles. At the same time, it firms the skin structure and ensures a fresh, rested complexion. This effect is supported by Pentavitin®, known for its long-lasting moisture binding and sustainably reducing feelings of dryness. Other nourishing ingredients such as glycerin, shea butter, jojoba oil, and panthenol ensure that the sensitive eye area is intensively nourished, soothed, and regenerated. The texture absorbs quickly, gently nourishes, and leaves a smooth, supple skin feeling. Like all Dr. Massing products, both eye creams are free of mineral oils, silicones, and parabens to ensure high tolerability and optimal absorption of active ingredients. Hyalove or Luxury Lift – not an either-or, but an honest difference What is particularly important to me personally: these two eye creams do not compete with each other. They simply address different skin needs. While Hyalove primarily works where moisture, plumping, and balance are needed, Luxury Lift specifically targets wrinkles, expression lines, and loss of elasticity. Both products are suitable for the sensitive skin around the eyes, both have a pleasant texture that absorbs quickly without feeling heavy. Some people even consciously choose to switch between products depending on their life stage or skin condition. Because our skin is not static; it changes. Uncomplicated application for both creams Both the Hyalove Eye Cream and the Luxury Lift Eye Cream can be easily and uncomplicatedly integrated into your daily skincare routine. After thoroughly cleansing the face, a small amount of the eye cream – about the size of a grain of rice – is gently applied to the skin around the eyes. It is important not to rub the cream under the eyes, but to gently pat it in with your fingertips. This protects the sensitive skin, and the active ingredients can be optimally absorbed. Both eye creams are suitable for daily use, morning and evening, and can be easily combined with your other facial care. This was important to us during development: effective eye care that does not require additional effort but naturally integrates into everyday life. Regardless of whether the focus is on moisture or wrinkle minimization. Finding the right eye cream – what really matters Many test reports, comparisons, and test results suggest that there is one perfect eye cream. My experience (and also the feedback from our customers) shows something different: what is important is how your skin feels and what it signals to you. Does the eye area feel rather dry and form dry lines? Do your eyes look tired or dull? Then Hyalove is the right choice for you. Is the question more about how to reduce or prevent fine lines, wrinkles, and crow's feet? Then Luxury Lift is exactly the right eye cream for your needs. The choice of eye care should always suit your skin type, your age, and your current skin condition. Application & tolerability – gentleness is key No matter which eye cream you choose: application plays a big role. The skin around the eyes should not be pulled or rubbed hard. A small amount (about the size of a grain of rice) is completely sufficient. Gently pat it in, do not massage. Both eye creams have been developed to be well tolerated even by sensitive skin. This is an important point, especially for thin skin or for people who react quickly. My personal conclusion As Pia (and not as a marketing voice), I want to tell you one thing: listen to your skin. The Hyalove Eye Cream is a wonderful choice for anyone who wants more moisture, freshness, and balance. The Luxury Lift Eye Cream accompanies you when wrinkles, elasticity, and prevention play a greater role. Both products are part of the same philosophy: honest care, effective ingredients, and a respectful approach to the sensitive skin around the eyes. And that's what makes the difference for me. Your Pia

Experience with Hyalove: More glow, moisture, elasticity, and purity

Debora from @sevendayslove takes a close look at the new Hyalove Hyaluronic Serum! The blog post shares her experience with the Hyalove Hyaluronic Serum. Read on now to find out what Hyalove can do for you. Debora's questions before the test Does the skin renewal condition remain, and are further changes noticeable? How long does such a bottle last? Is the hyaluronic serum suitable for the décolleté? My Must-Have in the Bathroom I have definitely tried many things... But Hyalove is true Hya-LOVE and convinces me! For me, the serum has become a true must-have in my bathroom. Hyalove promises moisture down to the deepest skin layer, plus benefits like natural glow, purity, elasticity, and freshness. For women who particularly often struggle with skin problems or even discover first wrinkles, this product seems to be an absolute all-rounder. Hyalove ensures wrinkle-free, smoother, and beautiful skin with its 6-fold hyaluronic complex and anti-aging peptides. My Test: Content vs. Price Debora puts Hyalove through its paces. An important aspect for her is the price-performance ratio. I rate Hyalove as very good on this point! I have been using the Hyalove Serum for 2 months now. Just 2-3 small drops are enough to supply the entire face with hyaluronic acid. Although it is used every day, it is still 1/3 full. If the skin needs a little more moisture or if you are struggling with increased impurities, you can also use several drops. "I have already tested this and I am completely blown away by the immediate effect the serum had on my skin!" Beautiful, wrinkle-free, and clear skin that makes you glow is worth so much. Because only then do you feel comfortable and beautiful. Hyalove is a product that positively supports your skin, really works, and is something everyone should be worth. 5 Foods for Beautiful Skin – Beauty from Within

Serums, creams, shampoos, and lotions. When it comes to making ourselves "more beautiful," there's practically nothing that doesn't exist anymore. However, while proper care plays a huge role in ensuring skin and hair can enjoy beauty, a proper diet is at least as important. In this blog post, you'll learn about a few foods you can easily integrate into your daily life – and that will help you nourish your beauty from within. Your Diet for Great Skin Simply incorporate these foods into your daily routine: 1. Watermelon It's generally known by now that drinking plenty of water not only reduces wrinkles but also makes you look fresher and younger overall. Nevertheless, drinking a lot of water is difficult for many, and it's great that watermelon consists almost entirely of water. So, even though you're eating something, you're consuming a lot of fluids. Additionally, watermelon contains many anti-aging benefits, and you can even apply it topically to give your skin a moisture boost. A little beauty tip from Korea: In the country known for its beauty rituals and artistry, some people occasionally place a piece of watermelon rind on their face. An all-rounder, then, which fortunately also tastes really delicious! 2. Aloe Vera The Aloe Vera plant has also been known and loved for its moisturizing properties for thousands of years. Pure and directly from the plant, it's probably the best after-sun gel you can get, but used internally, Aloe Vera is also an absolute beauty booster. That's why Aloe Vera is also an important ingredient in the Blossom Beauty Drink, as it firms and tightens the skin from within and refreshes the complexion. Learn more about the Beauty Drink here 3. Nuts Nuts also contain important active ingredients that we need for beautiful and well-cared-for skin, among other things. Walnuts, macadamia nuts, and almonds, in particular, contain a lot of vitamins, fiber, and good fats. They also contain cell-protective Vitamin E, which has a strong antioxidant effect and thus protects cells from harmful influences. A key to smooth and firm skin. 4. Eggs The secret to beautiful hair and nails often lies in biotin, which is found in eggs, for example. Biotin is a water-soluble B vitamin that helps maintain healthy hair and can thus help with hair loss, for example. However, biotin is not only found in eggs but also in the Hair Capsules. These are specifically designed to promote hair growth and counteract hair loss. They effectively strengthen the hair from within and give the hair noticeably more shine. Learn more about the Hair Capsules 5. Carrots Carrots contain a lot of beta-carotene, which also supports skin function and cell renewal. Here too, oxidation processes are reduced, which directly affects our skin. Beta-carotene also accumulates in the skin when in excess, which can lead to a slightly tanned and thus, by our standards, 'healthy' looking complexion. It is also important for many processes in our body, for example for eye health or for the prevention of cancer. So, beta-carotene not only makes you look beautiful but is also truly healthy. If you are looking for an alternative to carrots, you can also take the BlossomBeauty Drink, as it contains extra beta-carotene. Learn more about the Beauty Drink Did you like this blog article? Get yourself spring ready

Spring and summer are finally upon us, and we're taking this as an opportunity to take a closer look in the mirror. Admittedly, eyebrows might have been neglected a bit in recent weeks, eyelashes are quite short and sparse, and the complexion often looks pale and dry after a few weeks of winter. This isn't about beauty trends, but about long-term beauty must-haves. That's why today we have three simple tips for you on how to quickly get spring-ready with the right care and fresh makeup. Because then you immediately feel much better and can start the warmer season and summer full of anticipation. Tip 1: Create a fresh look with your own eyelashes Our LongLashes Eyelash Serum is fighting the problem of short and thin eyelashes! If you haven't tried the eyelash serum yet, now is the time. With consistent use, once a day, you will see a difference after just 2 weeks, and your eyelashes will not only become longer and thicker, but even darker. Makeup application becomes much more fun, and you might even be able to skip mascara and dark eyeshadow sometimes. This creates a very natural spring look without panda eyes in the heat. Especially with summer makeup, sweating can not only make foundation run, but also eye makeup. So, the less eye makeup you wear, the longer the look lasts. This look can be combined with a light, shimmering eyeshadow and pink blush. Note: If you already use LongLashes, you should check how long your current bottle has been open. We recommend starting a new pack every 3 months to guarantee effectiveness. So if you felt that your eyelash serum was no longer working as well, then spring is definitely the time for a new eyelash serum! Tip 2: Give your eyebrows a makeover Did you know that you can also use LongLashes to, for example, fill in gaps in your eyebrows or generally help them grow fuller and denser? All 90s kids who over-plucked back then will understand, because for many, dense brows without microblading have been just a dream until now. Our eyelash serum can definitely help! After the brows are fuller again, they might need some color and shape. For this, the hairs that don't fit into the natural or desired brow shape should be plucked, and the rest trimmed a bit. To do this, simply comb all the hairs steeply upwards with a brush and cut them straight across the top with cuticle scissors (Caution: be sure to disinfect beforehand!). If you then comb the brows into shape and fill them in with a pencil, the whole look immediately appears completely different and frames the face and eyes. For the color choice, it is generally always recommended to choose one of the lighter shades, even if the eyebrows naturally appear dark. Even with tanned skin, brows that are too dark look fake and artificial. Therefore, choose something lighter, suitable for the summer look. Small tip: Brows can be wonderfully fixed with soap. To do this, pick up a little from a clear soap block (available for less than 1 euro at the drugstore) with a damp brush and comb the brows into shape with it. This holds all day! x Tip 3: Give your skin an extra hydration boost After many weeks of cold and dry heating air, most people probably struggle with dry and dehydrated skin. Time for a hydration boost before spring arrives. Before applying makeup and also afterwards, you should take special care of your skin, as this can also be an additional stress factor for the skin. Our HYALOVE Hyaluron Serum is ideally suited for this, as this serum contains a 6-fold combination of short-, medium- and long-chain hyaluronic acids, which penetrate into all skin layers at different depths and thus completely moisturize the skin. Just 2-3 small drops of the rich formula are enough to supply the eye and forehead area as well as the area around the lips with the active ingredients. The serum absorbs immediately and begins to unfold its effect without being sticky! Perfect for everyone who feels their skin needs an extra freshness boost after a long winter. Afterwards, the natural beauty look can be rounded off with a BB cream and lipstick. Of course, bright red lips or skin shining with makeup are not appropriate here either. Instead, a natural makeup with UV protection without smokey eyes, but with light foundation and wonderful eyelash flutter. With a good mood, a cool head and this excellent spring makeup, spring can definitely come! You can find more makeup tips and trends in our blog. Do you have any other tips on this topic? Hyalove Anwendung

That's how well Hyalove is being received by our favorite bloggers

Some of you may have already noticed: We teamed up with some of our favorite beauty bloggers, and they extensively tested Hyalove. It quickly became clear that not only we, but also the bloggers, were convinced by the product, so today we want to show you some impressions from the related articles. Frances from Zukkermaedchen Dear Franziska introduced Hyalove as part of her Beauty Experts series on her blog "Zukkermaedchen." In the article, Franziska explained the different types of hyaluronic acid in detail, and her readers had the chance to win and test Dr. Massing's hyaluronic serum themselves. You can find Franziska's article here. "In short, with hyaluronic acid, it all comes down to the right molecule size. High-molecular hyaluronic acid has a significantly larger molecular mass. It thus forms a moisturizing film on the skin's surface, which reduces the loss of the skin's natural moisture. It also has antibacterial properties and can help small wounds heal faster. Low-molecular hyaluronic acid has a smaller molecular mass. This small size allows hyaluronic acid to penetrate deeper into the skin and store water in the connective tissue." Sarah from Josieloves Sarah from Josieloves also thoroughly tested HYALOVE and was very impressed. Sarah, for example, used HYALOVE after her microneedling, and the product soothed her skin and provided it with plenty of moisture. If you want to know more about Sarah's experiences with HYALOVE, be sure to check out her blog Josieloves. "You can apply it alone before your moisturizer, or mix it into your day or night cream. I even used it for two days after my microneedling without any other products and I'm convinced it helped my skin calm down quickly. The perfect product for post-treatment!" A very positive conclusion for radiant, refreshed, and healthier skin thanks to Dr. Massing Cosmetics' anti-aging care. Eileen from Stylejunction HYALOVE has also become a firm part of Eileen's skincare routine at Stylejunction. Eileen is one of those people who don't really enjoy dealing with skincare and therefore prefers products that are uncomplicated and effective, without having to worry too much about what to combine them with and what not. HYALOVE is perfect here too and can be integrated into any skincare routine without interactions or similar issues. "I like products that are uncomplicated, contain little or, even better, no fragrances, and can generally be combined with any toner and any moisturizer. There are some active ingredients that shouldn't be combined, but hyaluronic acid is totally uncomplicated in that regard." Elisa from Elisazunder The lovely Elisa from Elisazunder also tested HYALOVE and published a detailed report in her Blogazine. Elisa's tip: Also use HYALOVE on your hands. They often get too little attention, and usually you'll have some product left on your fingers anyway, which you can then simply rub onto the back of your hands. "Hyalove can be quickly and easily incorporated into your daily skincare routine in the morning and evening. Simply put 2 to 3 drops with the pipette into your hand and then apply to cleansed skin – on your face, neck, and décolleté. After applying the serum, it's up to you whether you want to use an additional cream." Hyaluronic acid is not only a substance naturally found in the body, but also considered the secret weapon against wrinkles and dry skin. Hyaluron works immediately, and with Dr. Massing Cosmetics' hyaluronic serum, you achieve a long-lasting anti-aging effect. Hyalove 6-fold Hyaluronic Serum Are you looking for the best anti-aging care? Highly concentrated hyaluronic serums are particularly effective, as they contain many anti-aging active ingredients, such as vitamin C. In contrast to conventional hyaluronic products, Hyalove was developed with an improved formula. Instead of one or two types of hyaluronic acid, Hyalove works with 6 different short-, medium-, and long-chain acids. This allows the components to reach the deepest layers of your skin, resulting in better hydration and increased elasticity. The 1-2 daily application begins with the pipette, with which you apply 2-3 drops of the serum with your hands to your face and, if necessary, to your eye, forehead, and mouth areas. Your décolleté also welcomes an extra boost of moisture. After absorption, you can apply your day cream or makeup. In summary, Dr. Massing Cosmetics' hyaluronic serum is highly recommended for sensitive skin as a refreshing boost. That's what makes a good hyaluronic acid serum. [BEAUTYDRINK] An additional beauty tip: The refreshing drink Blossom Beauty with a mango-lemongrass flavor provides 3-fold anti-aging care for your skin – and it's refreshingly delicious from within. Thanks to the antibacterial effect of the aloe vera plant and valuable hyaluronic acid, you free your skin from impurities and pimples. Collagen helps your skin stay firm and elastic. Have you also tried Hyalove? Feel free to share your experiences in the comments. I look forward to reading them! Your Pia 💖

Father's Day Gift Ideas

After Mother's Day, Father's Day is just around the corner, and we're here to share some great gift ideas for Father's Day. Origin of the Holiday The popular Father's Day in Germany is celebrated on Ascension Day and is now also celebrated by many non-fathers as "Men's Day." In the non-Catholic parts of Germany, it used to be called "Herrentagspartie," which actually describes the content precisely. Often, it involved a merry carriage ride through nature, with cold drinks and good conversations. Today, the carriage is often replaced by a handcart, and many men enjoy the day with their friends. Incidentally, the whole thing was presumably invented about 100 years ago by the brewery industry. Especially young fathers, of course, also like to celebrate Father's Day – similar to Mother's Day – with their family, and depending on the weather, excursions into nature are also very popular. We find this version of Father's Day much nicer and, of course, also have some great gift ideas for men. Gifts for Father's Day Children who are still in kindergarten or elementary school often make something for their dads, like a card with "Best Dad" written on it. Small individual cards with declarations of love or creative vouchers that dads can redeem later. In addition to classics like quality time and personalized items, including mugs, keychains, beer glasses, and T-shirts with engravings, custom images, or specially selected sayings, original ideas also find their way to the dads of this world. When it comes to gifts for men, not-so-personal presents often come to mind first: barbecue gifts, tools, and alcohol, including beer or spirits. Here's a brief summary of classic gift ideas that many have probably given before: Beer Personalized mug Experience voucher Shopping voucher (e.g., Amazon) Other customizable gifts with engraving (e.g., Zippo lighter) Bracelet Tools Grilling gifts Even if these are not original Father's Day gifts and often rely on stereotypes, dads are happy with the "simple things," as long as they come from the heart. It doesn't take much to make men happy. However, what is often overlooked is that men value their external appearance just as much, so why shouldn't they also receive such gifts? While women strive for clear skin and advantageous makeup, men probably invest most of their styling time in their hair and beards. But not everyone is naturally blessed with a full head of hair – that is, of course, our topic here at Dr. Massing Cosmetics. Fuller Hair as a Father's Day Gift Be it genetic, or due to external influences, stress, or a nutrient deficiency – hair loss can affect anyone. If the hair on the head becomes thinner and sparser, this can also affect self-confidence. Before considering medical interventions such as a hair transplant, men can achieve visible results with effective hair growth products like the FullHair Hair Serum. Sparse hair and thinning areas, especially receding hairlines, are a problem for many men. So, our hair growth product is perfect as a Father's Day gift. It helps with hair loss and thin hair, strengthens the hair, makes it denser, and can actively promote hair growth. The FullHair Serum not only stimulates prostaglandin synthesis but also effectively supplies the hair roots with the same active ingredients that are found in our LongLashes eyelash serum. It was specially developed for natural hair growth and is based on years of experience and customer feedback. FullHair contains 6 strong growth-promoting active ingredients + rich nutrients for fuller and denser hair. Additionally, it contains growth-promoting peptides, keratin, and caffeine, which revitalize the hair and structurally strengthen it. It can be applied precisely to the scalp with the pipette. Unlike other products, this hair serum contains 6 active ingredients and strengthens the hair instead of just conditioning it. The hair follicles are stimulated and activated directly at the hair root, which users can see results from within just a few weeks. If your dad, or perhaps your brother or friend, is struggling with hair loss, the hair serum is the perfect gift for Father's Day or other occasions. Our Hair Growth Set includes the FullHair Serum as well as hair capsules, which act as a rich dietary supplement from within, strengthening the hair and reducing hair loss. These two products in a duo provide optimal support for fuller hair. Beard Care suitable for Father's Day A full and dense beard will probably never go out of style. Unfortunately, for many men, their beard grows patchy or sparse, which can, of course, be frustrating. Dr. Massing's FullBeard Beard Growth Serum can help, as it is based on the same ingredients as the FullHair Serum and can effectively contribute to making beard growth denser and fuller and making patchy areas disappear. The beard growth product is applied 1–2 times daily with the practical applicator, and initial results can be visible after just 3–4 weeks. To promote blood circulation and better absorption of active ingredients, the serum can then be gently massaged in with the fingers. The beard growth product not only leads to increased growth but also to stronger and fuller beard hair. Even if some, perhaps even you, are initially skeptical, our customers can confirm the effectiveness of the products. What's special is that our products are cruelty-free and contain neither microplastics nor harmful additives, making them very skin-friendly. In the Beard Growth Set, you'll also receive the FullBeard Serum and the Titan Beard Roller. The small needles create microscopic channels on the skin, allowing the active ingredients in the serum to penetrate the skin even better. This can make the results with the FullBeard beard growth product even more effective and visible more quickly. You may already be familiar with such a product, as derma rollers are very popular in skincare. The perfect complement and support for our care products. Be creative Hopefully, you like these somewhat different ideas for Father's Day gifts to delight your father. Show your dad he's the best with an original gift. For example, if I were to choose a beard care set as a gift for my dad, I would also complement the gift with a customizable card or a photo engraving or something else personal. When I buy a gift for my dad, whether it's a birthday gift, Christmas gift, or Father's Day gift, it's especially important to me that they are simple, individual, and personal. 8 Hair Care Mistakes You Should Avoid

Are you dissatisfied with your current hair care routine or would you like to optimize it a little? Your hair just won't do what you want, even though you've tried everything imaginable? Then pay close attention, because professional hair care can be quite simple, no matter what your hair type. We uncover 8 hair care mistakes and I'll tell you how to get healthy and beautiful hair and how to care for it so that it doesn't lose its shine. After all, proper care is an absolute must to get long-lasting beautiful hair. Mistake No. 1: Washing your greasy hair too often Did you know that washing your hair too often can create a real vicious circle? I used to wash my hair every day and wasn't even aware of the unnecessary stress I was putting my scalp through. Because constant washing dries out the hair very severely. It also stimulates your scalp to produce more and more sebum. You're probably wondering what's so bad about that? It's simple, your hair gets greasy much faster. Therefore, only wash your hair about every two to three days. If you can, even less. If you are currently in exactly this vicious circle, you should quickly wean your hair off frequent washing. Easier said than done, I know. Maybe you can start by: Extending your typical hair washing routine by one day. Instead of every day, you now wash your hair every other day. Give your scalp and hair a little break. They will thank you for it. Because then your hair can become greasy and sebum production usually regulates itself. Mistake No. 2: Shampoos with silicones Finding the right shampoo is not easy, especially not amidst this overstimulation in stores or on the internet – one product after another. Don't let that deter you, however, pay more attention to the following features when making your next purchase: Mild surfactants: These are primarily there to thoroughly free your hair and scalp from oil and dirt particles. At the same time, however, surfactants can also irritate the scalp, which is why it is important to ensure that the shampoo contains mild surfactants. Extra mild surfactants clean reliably and protect your skin. Without silicones and parabens: These are artificial additives that, annoyingly, accumulate on the hair surface and thus ensure that nourishing substances can no longer penetrate into the hair. If you internalize these two principles, you're already on the safe side. Our tip if you are currently still looking for a professional hair care product that is free of silicones: Neutral shampoo/shower gel with Dead Sea salt. Our 2in1 Shampoo for Skin and Hair is your loyal companion when it comes to the gentle cleansing of your sensitive scalp. With its natural ingredients, it is gentle on the skin and also completely vegan. It is specifically designed for sensitive skin, but is still suitable for all skin types. Due to the ingredient vitamin E, it has an antioxidant and calming effect on the skin. It is thus the ideal basis for our FullHair hair serum. Find out more here! How much product (ml) do I need to use per hair wash? Remember: Less is more! You don't need that much product. A hazelnut-sized portion of shampoo is enough for washing your hair. Mistake No. 3: Water that is too hot for your hair Especially in winter, hot showers are a nice thing, but we are not doing our hair a big favor with them. Because the high water temperatures dry out the hair and make it brittle. Don't worry, that doesn't mean you have to shower with ice-cold water. Preferably wash your hair with lukewarm water. This will immensely protect your cuticle and prevent dry hair. Mistake No. 4: Too rough handling of your hair Do not rub your hair dry under any circumstances. Keep in mind that your hair is very sensitive when wet. When damp, it tends to break more easily. Instead of vigorously rubbing your hair dry, you should gently pat and knead it with a towel. Force is definitely out of place here. But why is wet hair so sensitive? The hair structure opens up and your cuticle swells like a yeast dough. In this state, your hair is vulnerable and can break much more easily with incorrect treatment. Never style your hair when it is damp! Only use your curling iron or straightener when your hair is completely dry. And never without heat protection. Mistake No. 5: The wrong brush Do you own a wide-toothed comb? No? Then it's high time you did, because it's clearly useful. To protect your hair structure, you should use a comb on wet hair. So-called Leave-In Conditioners or detangling sprays also make your hair easier to comb. Mistake No. 6: Drying with too much heat Did you know that too high a blow-drying temperature damages your hair structure? Therefore, it's better to blow-dry your hair for a few minutes longer, but with cooler air. You should take the time to do this. Air dry your hair for about 15 minutes. This closes the outer cuticle, making the hair less vulnerable. Set your hairdryer to the lowest to medium temperature to dry your hair. You can set the fan speed high. Important: Maintain a distance of at least 20 cm from your head. Note: If you have very fine hair, adjust the fan speed. It's better to turn it down a notch so that your hair doesn't get tangled so easily. Mistake No. 7: Hairdresser visits are a rarity Intensive hair care also includes regular visits to the hairdresser. Therefore, have your ends trimmed regularly so that your hair stays healthy and, secondly, split ends no longer have a place. Have your trusted hairdresser cut your hair ends by one to two centimeters approximately every eight to ten weeks. Mistake No. 8: Too many styling products Make sure to use hair clips with a gentle coating or fabric cover. Because tight hair ties with metal fasteners destroy the cuticle of your hair and make it more prone to breakage. Do not constantly tie your hair into a ponytail or bun, as this puts more strain on the hair roots. Our tip for strong and beautiful hair: Our FullHair Hair Capsules continuously supply your hair with nutrients, allowing it to grow healthier, denser, and stronger. Your hair feels more manageable, well-groomed, and shinier, and the valuable biotin also promotes the natural growth of your hair.
Kollagen

The Efficacy of Collagen

You've probably come across the term "collagen" or its internationalized spelling "Collagen" more than once when choosing your skincare products. Perhaps you already know a thing or two about it? If not, don't worry, because you've come to the right place! So, ready for your "aha moment"? What exactly is this collagen? The term collagen hides an entire group of proteins, so "the collagen" in this sense doesn't really exist. In this context, the term "structural protein" often comes up. Five different collagens alone can be found in our skin. In addition, collagen is the organic component of your bones and teeth. The body's own collagen is also an essential component of cartilage, tendons, and ligaments. Note: For simplicity, I will refer to this group of proteins simply as "collagen" in this article. Good to know: With a percentage of 30 percent, collagen is the most common protein in the human body. Where is collagen located in the skin? The structural protein is located in the middle of three layers of skin. This is professionally called the dermis. What is my body's need for collagen? The exact need for collagen cannot be stated as a general rule, as every body is different. Here too, individuality is very important. Here's an example: Someone who suffers from severe joint pain or even cartilage damage generally has a higher need than someone whose joints are undamaged. What is the function of the body's own collagen? You can imagine the structural protein as a sturdy scaffold. It provides plenty of stability. Thus, it gives joints, muscles, and tendons the necessary support. In addition, it keeps both the skin and connective tissue elastic and firm. Furthermore, it can store a lot of water. If your skin lacks collagen, you can certainly imagine that the skin will become increasingly flabby and the connective tissue will weaken. In other words, cellulite and skin dimples become more visible. What side effects can collagen have? In rare cases, allergies can occur, as collagen is a protein. In fact, it can be said that the risk of an allergy decreases the more similar animal collagen is to human collagen. This means that, purely factually, chicken, beef, and pork are lower-risk collagen sources than fish and jellyfish. However, it is much more common for allergies to be caused by cosmetic or surgical treatments. This can be the case, for example, when using collagen as a dermal filler or in eye surgery. Apart from that, skin rashes can also be caused by collagen hydrolysates in hair conditioners. In general, you can remember that the correct intake of collagen usually has no side effects. It depends on the dosage, i.e., ultimately the exact amount. What amount of collagen is needed? This basically depends on the product's recommended dosage. Important: dietary supplements should never replace your complete meals. They should only supplement them. As a general rule, daily dosages of 2-10g are recommended, depending on the dosage form. How exactly does the effect of collagen work? The body is a clever mechanism and is therefore able to produce collagen independently. For this process, the amino acids glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline are used. Your body forms collagen fibers from the protein. These link up in the middle skin layer, the dermis, to form a collagen scaffold that keeps the uppermost skin layer taut. Only through the interplay with elastic, stretchable fibers does your skin's elasticity develop. They complement the stable collagen in the connective tissue, so to speak. The network of collagen and elastin fibers is surrounded by a gel-like layer of moisture-binding hyaluronic acid and other components. This gives the skin additional volume. [HYALURONSERUM] Did you know that your natural anti-aging resources, which keep your skin beautifully firm, are depleted over time? With increasing age, collagen and hyaluronic acid production decreases. Inevitably, a collagen deficiency occurs, so to speak. Unfortunately, this is completely natural and affects everyone in the long run. What are the effects of reduced collagen production in old age? On the one hand, the skin becomes increasingly wrinkled and sagging, and on the other hand, the muscles lose elasticity. This means that the tendons become less flexible over time and the bones become brittle. More simply put, the connective tissue becomes flaccid and wrinkles appear. It can also happen that the joints cause problems and inflammation is noticeable. How can these effects be counteracted? Nowadays, collagen can be produced industrially, which is why it is available in various dosage forms. We are talking about powders, capsules, drinking ampoules, and creams. In the best case, you can compensate for age-related collagen deficiency. Our with collagen, aloe vera, and hyaluronic acid contains a lot of collagen, which you can easily take once a day in a delicious beauty shot. What leads to the breakdown of collagen? Various environmental factors can lead to the breakdown of the structural protein. An unhealthy, or more precisely, unbalanced lifestyle can also have a strong influence on your collagen reserves. Stress is at the top of the list. Excessive consumption of sugar and alcohol also plays a role here. Strong sun exposure as well. Smoking also has a counterproductive effect on your collagen reserves. Chronic diseases can also lead to a breakdown of collagen. Which foods stimulate collagen production? Your body needs a good portion of minerals and vitamins for this. Vitamin C, in particular, is an essential co-factor in collagen production, as is vitamin E. Vitamin E can counteract the breakdown of collagen by inhibiting the activity of collagenases. This is precisely why our Blossom Beauty Drink contains vitamin C and vitamin E in addition to collagen. Can you really drink yourself beautiful with a collagen drink? Just a reminder, collagen, as a structural protein, is essentially involved in the skin's structure. It gives many body parts their firmness and thus provides structure. No part of your body can do without collagen. Therefore, collagen, along with ceramides and hyaluronic acid, is the foundation of your skin. You can strengthen this foundation by taking dietary supplements. You can thus actively counteract skin aging. Yes, in a certain sense, you can indeed drink yourself beautiful. 😍 What is the essential difference between collagen-containing creams and collagen drinks? Collagen-containing creams are applied to the skin, thus acting purely superficially. In other words, the collagen cannot penetrate into the connective tissue of the middle skin layer. In contrast, with a collagen drink, such as our BlossomBeauty Drink, the collagen reaches exactly where it is needed through the bloodstream, namely into the middle skin layer. In general, you can remember: It is more effective to stimulate the body's own collagen production through a dietary supplement than to apply collagen directly to the skin in the form of a cream, as the skin cannot absorb it properly.

Eyelash Curler Basics

Long, full, and curled lashes – we all dream of them, and thanks to lash serums like LongLashes and great mascaras like the Volume Mascara with hyaluronic acid, a visit to the beauty salon for lash extensions or fake lashes is no longer necessary. To get the full potential from your own lashes, don't forget to use an eyelash curler. Admittedly, these tools might seem intimidating, and beginners, understandably, are afraid they might pull out their lashes and make things worse instead of better. That's why today I'm going to tell you everything you need to know about using an eyelash curler and how to use it to get a great result. What makes a good eyelash curler Basically, there are two types of eyelash curlers. The traditional, mechanical eyelash curlers, whose handles resemble those of nail scissors, and where the lashes are pressed between metal and a rubber strip. Then there are the electric, heated eyelash curlers. With these, the lashes are either also pressed into shape in a clamp, but with heat to enhance the effect, or the lashes are carefully curled with a kind of mini curling iron and thus shaped. Although these types of eyelash curlers differ in appearance and application, both provide a beautiful curl and, with the right mascara, seductive eyes. Especially if you don't use a curler yet and are not familiar with the tool, a small guide can't hurt so that you can make your natural lashes appear longer in no time. The right model Whether you get better results with a regular eyelash curler or a heated eyelash curler is something you have to try out and find out for yourself. I personally like to use the simpler eyelash curler without heat. Whether it's a drugstore, perfumery, or online: the selection of different eyelash curler models is huge. Prices start at just a few euros and go up to 30 € and even more. Even if the different eyelash curlers all look the same at first glance, the quality and consequently the result can vary. Mechanical eyelash curlers are generally available in stainless steel with a silicone, rubber, or velvet pad. This may seem obvious to you, as almost every eyelash curler on the market is equipped with one, but there are indeed models without a padded strip. This can quickly lead to your lashes breaking and becoming severely damaged. Models with a good price-performance ratio are not uncommon, especially when you consider how precious our lashes are. You shouldn't just grab the first or cheapest product. Plastic eyelash curlers are also not ideal (unless it's a heated eyelash curler), as they are not as robust, stable, and durable as their stainless steel counterparts. This article today focuses primarily on the classic eyelash curler without a heating function. Important notes You should always curl your lashes before applying mascara! You should never try to shape already mascarad lashes with an eyelash curler, as this can cause your lashes to break and there is a risk of pulling out all your lashes. So, curl first, then apply mascara. If for no other reason than to prevent mascara residue from accumulating on the eyelash curler, but more on that later. Apart from that, you can use the eyelash curler in your make-up routine whenever you want. It's best to curl your lashes after you've applied your eye make-up (eyeshadow and eyeliner) and just before you apply your mascara. Whether you apply your make-up before or after doesn't matter. What can also be very helpful is a magnifying mirror, because in it you can see exactly where to start and when your lashes are well in the curler. But even if you use a normal mirror or a small hand mirror, you can simply move closer to the mirror or bring the mirror closer to you so you can see well. 5-step guide First, hold the eyelash curler with your thumb and index finger like nail scissors and open it all the way. Your lashes should be dry, free of make-up, and not greasy. Next, position the upper edge as close as possible above your upper lash line, so that as many lashes as possible are between the metal piece and the silicone pad. Caution: You should, of course, not pinch your eyelid, otherwise it can be quite painful. In the next step, gently press the eyelash curler together and wait a few seconds before releasing it. Depending on how easily your lashes curl, you may need less or more time – find out what works best for you. For some, it's ten seconds, for others, thirty, but it's advisable not to go longer than a minute. To achieve a voluminous curl and a real curve instead of just a single kink in your lashes, reposition the curler a little further away from the lash line and repeat this process several times. Always move a little further along the lengths towards the tips, but not too close. Here, just a few seconds are enough for the desired shape. If you haven't caught all your lashes, you can, of course, repeat the entire process. Especially the fine hairs at both ends cannot be curled immediately. Those with particularly small eyes or a special eye shape should consider a Partial / Half Lash Curler, which, as the name suggests, is half the size. In any case, you should work carefully along the lash line segment by segment so that all lashes are evenly curled. Important tips Heated eyelash curlers utilize heat, similar to straighteners and curling irons. But if you don't have such a device, you can quickly warm up your eyelash curler yourself in a few seconds. Simply hold a hairdryer on the normal eyelash curler for a moment. Caution: Do not apply directly to the eye, but always make sure that the metal and rubber pad are not too hot. It is enough to briefly feel with your fingers how hot the eyelash curler still is. Many rely on waterproof mascara for beautiful lashes that can hold their curl all day long. But even with mascara, such as Dr. Massing's Volume Mascara, your lashes will not lose their shape. Furthermore, many are afraid that aggressive curling will break or damage their lashes. A good mascara should therefore not only make the lashes appear denser, more voluminous, and longer, but also nourish the hairs. That's why the Volume Mascara contains not only hyaluronic acid but also shea butter and beeswax, which additionally nourish, strengthen, and moisturize the lashes. Another tip, more of a must, is regular cleaning of the eyelash curler. Especially if you use the eyelash curler when your lashes are already coated with mascara, make-up residues and thus bacteria can quickly accumulate. Especially in the eye area, nobody wants unnecessary impurities and dirt particles. Generally, however, I recommend that you only use the eyelash curler on bare lashes. This has the advantage that you don't have to clean the curler as often and your lashes break or fall out less. Depending on how often you use the curler, you should wipe the silicone pad once or twice a week with a damp (make-up remover) cloth or cotton pad and replace the strip completely every month or after a few weeks. Dare to try Ultimately, in most cases, it just takes a little practice for everyone to perfectly curl their own lashes. If you have straight and short lashes, in addition to using an eyelash curler and our Hyaluron Mascara, I also recommend the LongLashes eyelash serum, with which you really get long lashes instead of just making them look like it. I personally use the combination of all 3: The LongLashes lash serum for longer lashes, the eyelash curler for more curl, and the VolumeMascara for more volume and care. If you've tried the tips, please let me know if it worked and how you liked it! Share your experience and maybe even your own advice in the comments. I look forward to it! Your Pia ❤️

The Face Roller – The New Trend for Perfect Facial Care

Face rollers, derma rollers, jade rollers or Gua Sha – you've probably heard of all of them. But how exactly does the facial massage technique with the stylish gemstone rollers or plates work, what are the material differences, and what should you definitely look out for? Here, I'll answer these questions and give you a brief introduction to facial massage. Jade Rollers These have been used in China since the 7th century. So, the trend isn't new at all, even if it has only really caught on here in recent years. In this country, the best-known and most popular face rollers are made of green jade or pink rose quartz, but there are also variations made of amethyst or rock crystal, for example. Different stones are attributed different effects, such as rose quartz having a de-stressing effect. Important: Be careful with offers that are too cheap, because these rollers are often made of glass and not stone. The face rollers, which look like small paint rollers, provide a cool refreshment for your skin. Tip for next summer: Store in the refrigerator for an even stronger cooling effect! They reduce puffiness and, with proper use, can stimulate the lymphatic system and thus refine facial contours. Gua Sha Massage Stone A Gua Sha stone is a palm-sized, heart- or wave-shaped stone made of jade or rose quartz. Originally, Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese form of body massage that is said to eliminate toxins and cleanse the body. The cool, smooth surface of the stones and their handy size make them powerful massage tools for your face. Similar to the jade roller, the Gua Sha stone unfolds its stimulating effect when you gently glide it over your skin, stimulating blood circulation, reducing swelling, and diminishing wrinkles. This creates a beautiful natural flow, and your face appears rosy and fresh with an immediate effect. Microneedling or Dermaroller Have you ever heard of microneedling? Our skin typically renews itself approximately every 28 days. The idea behind the latest microneedling trend is to stimulate and renew the skin faster through tiny micro-injuries, revealing new and fresh skin. It is a very simple, safe, effective, cost-effective, and minimally invasive therapeutic technique. Microneedling uses the fine needles of the dermaroller or microneedling roller to activate skin functions such as the skin's own collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid production, stimulate blood circulation, and boost natural skin regeneration. This self-healing process corrects existing skin damage such as dryness, redness, and also improves the absorption of active ingredients, which can lead to better results. For visible effects, several applications are necessary at intervals of three to four weeks. In the next section, you will find the correct procedure to benefit from the positive effects of facial rollers, repair skin cells, and prevent fine lines and wrinkles. The correct dermaroller application – step by step When using a microneedling roller, the guidelines are important: from inside to outside and from bottom to top. This is the best way to drain accumulated fluid and enhance contours. Procedure: Before each use, you should disinfect the Needling Dermaroller. Then wash thoroughly with hot water. Cleaning your hands and face is particularly important, so that they are free of grease and oil, and free of make-up. Regular application is 2–3 times a week, preferably in the evening, by rolling 8–10 times horizontally, vertically, and diagonally over the skin areas with light pressure. Afterward, apply a moisturizing and regenerating hyaluronic serum. With Gua Sha plates, you essentially make the same movements, except that you glide the plates over the skin areas instead of rolling. You should always use the part of the plate that best conforms to the respective facial area, such as the long, straight side on the cheeks or the converging side on the cheekbones. Here, you have to experiment a bit to find out which side best suits which facial area. Furthermore, it's not about pressure here, but rather about gentle, even work. Then, this small facial massage can truly feel like a wellness vacation at home, and the skincare products will be absorbed much better into the skin. Effect of facial rollers Do you also wish for radiant, beautiful, and healthy skin from within? Daily massage with a facial roller or jade roller is incredibly relaxing and gives you a wonderful glow effect in just a few minutes. Even with a daily facial massage of five to ten minutes, you are doing your skin good in the long term. This gentle massage stimulates lymphatic flow in your lymphatic vessels. In addition, blood circulation is boosted, toxins are better removed, and collagen production is stimulated. Hyalove Needling Dermaroller Do you spend a lot of time on lotions, creams, serums, and tinctures for youthful, firm, and healthy skin? With this beauty treatment, you can save on a lot of products. This allows the active ingredients to be absorbed even better by the skin and work even deeper. This achieves significantly better and faster results in terms of anti-aging, wrinkle fighting, and impure skin on the face. The Needling Dermaroller achieves the following results on the face and décolleté: boosts skin regeneration reduces wrinkles and acne scars reduces stretch marks refines pores renews cells reduces skin discolorations and pigmentation disorders creates natural lip volume I recommend using both Hyalove products – the Hyalove Hyaluronic Serum and the Hyalove Dermaroller – to achieve the best possible results. Your skin will change in just a few weeks and appear smoother, firmer, and clearer. You actively reduce wrinkles, impurities, and redness, and supply your skin with truly valuable active ingredients that support your natural skin health and beauty. Both products are also available in the Needling Set with an additional discount of €10. Hyalove Hyaluron Serum 30ml Face rollers and needling rollers are also excellent for working skincare products like our HYALOVE Hyaluronic Serum into the skin. The treatment improves blood circulation in the skin, and with the help of a needling roller, the active ingredients can be absorbed even better, thus binding moisture in the skin and allowing for an even better effect. For proper treatment, use the face or needling roller on the face as described above, apply the products as usual, and then work them in with the roller. Free yourself from dry skin patches and irritated skin with Dr. Massing's hyaluronic acid serum, because unlike conventional hyaluronic products, Hyalove was developed with an improved formula. Instead of one or two hyaluronic acids, Hyalove works with 6 different short-, medium-, and long-chain acids. This allows the components to penetrate even the deepest layers of your skin, achieving better moisturization and more elasticity. The daily application 1-2 times a day begins with the pipette, with which you apply 2–3 drops of the serum with your hands to your face and, if necessary, to your eye, forehead, and mouth areas. Your décolleté will also appreciate an extra boost of moisture. After absorption, you can apply your day cream or make-up. The dermaroller application combined with hyaluronic serums makes the skin look even fresher and at the same time provides it with the necessary moisture in conjunction with a relaxing facial massage. Do something good for your face and treat your skin to some wellness with the beauty treatment from Massing Cosmetics!

Natural Office Makeup in 10 Steps

Some like it extravagant, others prefer it more subtle. We're talking about makeup for everyday use. Elaborate eye makeup like smokey eyes is long gone for everyday wear! The trend is increasingly moving towards more natural looks, where at first glance it looks like you're completely bare-faced. With this natural look, you can conceal pesky pimples and redness in no time, without it being too obvious. Do you barely have time in the morning for an elaborate makeup look, or simply don't feel like getting up earlier for it? Then pay close attention, because these arguments no longer apply to the no-makeup look. I'll share a few tricks with you, step-by-step, on how to create a beautiful and natural makeup look for the office without much effort. First, I want to tell you not to be put off by the number of products. Remember, you're aiming for a very minimalist approach, which means you'll need significantly less product than for a full-face makeup. Sometimes, one or two drops of a product are enough. Also, the time commitment is much lower, so you don't have to sacrifice your precious sleep. You don't need to master any specific techniques either, as you can usually just blend everything with your fingers. Since our hands are the number one carriers of bacteria, you should definitely wash your hands thoroughly beforehand. After all, it's bacteria that cause our pimples. Skincare as a prerequisite for your natural look Eye area: Apply some of your cleansing milk to a cotton pad and then cleanse your eye area from the inside out. Gently wipe the pad along your lashes on your skin. Be sure to avoid rubbing the cotton pad, as the eye area is very delicate. Face: Now apply your facial cleanser to your facial skin. Don't use too much product: a hazelnut-sized amount is enough here. Gently massage the hazelnut-sized amount in circular motions into your cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin. Rinse: In the next step, rinse your face thoroughly with lukewarm water. Do this until all residues are completely removed. Then pat your skin dry with a towel, and also avoid rubbing vigorously here. Clarify face: Finally, apply some facial toner to another cotton pad and sweep it over your entire face. By clarifying your face, you neutralize limescale deposits. Instructions: How to create your office-friendly makeup 1. Drink plenty of water Water hydrates your skin from within and gives it a clear complexion. Why not start your day with a glass of warm water? If you like, you can add a little lemon juice for flavor. This not only boosts your digestion but also gives you your first vitamin C kick. Four more glasses throughout the day will follow. This maintains the skin's metabolism and actively strengthens its protective and defense function. It also promotes blood circulation, which can save you from needing highlighter and blush. 2. Foundation as a base for an even-looking complexion Are you more than happy with your skin? Then you don't need to apply foundation and you can truly enjoy that feeling of bare skin. If not, it's recommended to moisturize your skin thoroughly before using foundation. My secret tip for a moisturizing base is the Hyalove Hyaluronic Serum. This not only provides a better glow but also makes it much easier to blend your makeup. Not a fan of foundations? Then you can alternatively use a BB cream or a tinted day cream. 3. Declare war on your dark circles with concealer In general, concealer gives your face even more radiance and glow. You can apply it wherever unwanted red areas are visible. To conceal your dark circles, draw a generous triangle under your eyes. Then it's time to blend diligently. Always blend the product in circular motions. This works best with a small beauty blender, such as soft makeup sponges. 4. Harness the power of eyebrow gel Let me tell you, a transparent eyebrow gel makes your eyebrows appear much fuller. To do this, comb your eyebrow hairs upwards. Then fill in any gaps with the gel. If you notice individual gaps in your eyebrows, you can further densify them with the help of an eyebrow brush or powder in the correct eyebrow color. 5. Eyelash curlers deserve much more attention Curled lashes make you look much more awake, even if you're still dog-tired. You won't regret buying an eyelash curler! When using an eyelash curler, remember to always use it before mascara, otherwise, your beloved lashes can irrevocably break off. A little secret tip: If you gently warm your eyelash curler with a hairdryer before use, your lash curl will last longer. For even more volume and longer lashes, also regularly care for your delicate lashes with our LongLashes Eyelash Serum. 6. Mascara as an absolute must-have Using mascara makes your eyes appear much larger. Apply your mascara directly at the lash line to achieve the desired effect. Pull the brush all the way to the ends. Applying too much mascara will only make your lashes clump, which is why you should use less product. Whenever you think it's too little, it's usually optimal. Quite paradoxical, right? 7. Bronzing is also a must Bronzer adds more depth to your face by highlighting your contours. It also provides that certain glow. Apply it to your cheekbones, temples, the sides of your nose, and if desired, your eyelids. Tip: Mix a small drop of self-tanner into your daily night cream. This way, you'll wake up the next morning with a beautiful complexion, as the product had enough time to work overnight. 8. Blush is overrated? Not at all. No matter what texture you use, blush provides a fresh kick. For the no-makeup look, lighter brown or rose tones are ideal. The rule here is still: Less is more! Therefore, don't apply too much blush to the center of your cheekbones. 9. Shimmering lips are essential Glossy lips usually make all the difference. Instead of bright colors, opt for nude lipsticks. Choose a shade that matches your natural complexion, as nude lipsticks enhance your own lip color. If that's not enough for you, you can add some glitter by using a gloss with glitter pigments. 10. Highlighter perfectly completes your look Place the highlighter on your cheekbones, a little on your nose, and above your eyebrows to give your face even more radiance with bright accents. You could achieve the same effect with a lip gloss, in case you don't have a highlighter on hand.

What's the best way to grow a beard? (All the essential information about your facial hair)

Dreaming of finally having a full beard? Then you've come to the right place. Men who decide to grow a beard need to learn a lot before they start. You probably know how to shave thoroughly because you regularly shave your 3-day stubble, but do you also know how to professionally trim your beard hair and how to perform proper beard care? Here you'll find useful tips and tricks about "Beard Growth: How to best grow my beard hair," especially on how to shape and optimally maintain your beard. After all, good beard care is essential for a beautiful and well-groomed beard. We'll also reveal our little secret tip on how to get your beard hair to grow evenly. How to best grow my full beard? In a nutshell: Stop shaving: Let your hair grow. Take care of your beard shape: Cut your outlines and trim your full beard. Care for your beard hair properly: Wash, comb & oil. Be patient: One day your beard hair will come. And if that was too brief, here are more details… How do I start with the "Full Beard" mission? Every start is difficult. Before you start the "Full Beard" mission, you should find out what shape your beard should have so that it suits your head. The basic rule of thumb is: If you have a narrow and longer head, you should visually widen your head with full sides. The opposite applies to a rather square, wide face shape. Here, you should trim your sides at the jaw and let your beard grow at the jaw. This will make your head appear narrower. It's similar to hair or hairstyles. How long does it take for my beard to grow? If you ask a bearded person what their biggest obstacle was on the way to a proper beard, they'll probably tell you it was time. Maybe it's not as patchy beard growth as you think, and you just never got past the patchy phase. In general, it's worth persevering. Fortunately, all beard hairs grow strong and thick and fill in uneven areas (and if it doesn't work for you, you can use our secret tip to activate your beard growth, close gaps in your beard, and get a thicker beard). How can I make my beard grow faster? If you want to shorten the time, it can be helpful to follow various tips. Tip 1: Proper skin care You can boost your beard growth by properly caring for your skin. Fundamentally, you should wash your skin, primarily your face, with lukewarm water in the morning and evening and apply a mild cream to your dry skin. Otherwise, invigorating scrubs once or twice a week help to stimulate the skin and promote hair growth. Tip 2: Nutrition is key To stimulate beard growth, it is recommended to eat protein-rich foods such as poultry, fish, and eggs. In addition, you should pay attention to a balanced diet and consume all important vitamins and minerals. Zinc, iron, certain B vitamins like biotin, vitamin C, and omega-3 fatty acids are important. To achieve quick progress in beard growth and to let the beard hair grow, it is therefore recommended to pay attention to your diet. Tip 3: Sex, sports & sun The biggest enemy of beard growth is stress. To avoid hindering the growth of a full beard, it helps to avoid all stress. If you manage to get through everyday life relaxed and get enough sleep, your beard hair will thank you. In addition, a higher testosterone level helps you to strengthen your beard growth. This hormone is formed, among other things, during sex, sports, sunbathing, and through the intake of healthy fats. Tip 4: Use beard growth products! To support the growth of a full beard, it can be helpful to use a beard serum. It activates your full beard, can fill in gaps, and contribute to it looking thicker, fuller, and healthier. In addition, your beard hairs are nourished and become softer. How to properly care for my beard? Our beard care tips Now that the long-awaited full beard has finally grown, the next questions arise. How do I properly care for my beard? How extensive is beard care actually? Is daily beard care necessary? No matter if it's a full beard, mustache, or sideburns. Beard care plays an essential role for a dense beard. Maybe you know it too: your beard has finally reached a certain length and suddenly you feel an itch on your neck and face? Then you might still need to learn how to properly care for a beard. In the following section, we will give you important tips on how to properly care for your full beard. 1. Take care of your beard line An important and essential factor in beard care is maintaining your beard lines. There is a big difference between just letting a beard grow and letting it grow in a defined and controlled manner. Basically, it is helpful to maintain your contours and trim your beard to achieve the desired shape. 2. Trim your beard regularly In addition to the first beard care tip (maintain your beard line), a beard should be trimmed regularly to avoid irregularities in beard length. This makes the beard look neater and more groomed and helps you achieve your desired shape. 3. Wash your beard hair regularly To avoid an annoying itch, you should wash your beard hair regularly with beard shampoo. It is advisable to treat your beard like your own head hair and wash it once or twice a week. 4. Use beard care products like beard oil For many men, the appearance of their beard is particularly important. With the moisturizing effect of beard oil, rough beard hair becomes softer and shinier. With this effect, it can then be styled and trimmed better and faster. 5. Comb your beard hair regularly with a brush! Especially men with long beards should comb their beard hair (preferably) daily with a brush to ensure the health and suppleness of their beard hairs. This is because the skin produces natural oils that, when combed, reach the entire length of the beard and prevent hair breakage, frizz, and split ends. [BEARD CARE GADGETS] Which beard shape suits me? All tips around shaving your beard hair. There are many different ways a man's beard can look. From a 3-day stubble to a well-groomed full beard, there are many different ways your hair can look. So, which beard shape suits you? It depends on a few factors, such as the shape of your face, the thickness of your hair, and how fast your hair grows. If you have a rounder head, you should opt for a beard that is shorter on the sides and fuller at the chin. This will help to balance your face and make it look more oval. If you have thick beard growth and also strong beard growth, you can get away with a bolder, fuller beard. But if your hair is on the thinner side, you should trim it closer to the face so it doesn't look sparse.

Causes of Hair Loss in Women

More than 50% of all women experience hair loss at some point in their lives. In women, it usually becomes noticeable when more and more hairs are left in the brush, the shower drain, or on the pillow. Ponytails or hair lengths appear thinner than usual, and in advanced stages, the hair thins out, and the scalp becomes visibly apparent. Mostly, the parting, the forehead, or the so-called "receding hairline" areas are affected. In rare cases, bald patches also occur, such as with circular hair loss (alopecia areata). Hair loss is defined as a daily hair loss of more than 100 hairs that lasts for an extended period. If this condition persists and the hair visibly thins out, becomes sparser, or bald patches form on the scalp, it is referred to as alopecia – pathological hair loss. The causes are diverse. Causes of Hair Loss (Alopecia) Inadequate hair care routine as a cause of sudden, unexplained changes in hair structure or hair loss is probably the first thing that comes to most women's minds. However, it is certain that aggressive care and styling put immense strain on every woman's hair and can indeed damage it. For example, vigorous combing, pulling, tight braiding of ponytails, and frequent coloring can promote hair breakage. In some cases, this also leads to brittle, thin, or even falling hair. Thus, improper handling of the scalp and hair can indeed be listed as a possible cause of hair loss in women and men alike. Therefore, the advice is to integrate a gentle hair care routine into daily life to avoid excessive strain on the hair and scalp. However, the far more common causes lie much deeper and are as diverse as the manifestations and symptoms of hair loss itself. Thyroid disease Certain medications Chronic illnesses Autoimmune diseases Malnutrition Severe infections like the flu Hormonal contraceptives such as the pill Pregnancy To best counteract hair loss, a visit to a dermatologist or general practitioner is essential. Hormonal Hair Loss in Women Stress, an unhealthy lifestyle, and an unbalanced diet negatively impact hormone and nutrient balance. An imbalance in hormone levels can thus also affect hair and even stop hair growth. When you're stressed, the concentration of the neurotransmitter noradrenaline and the perhaps better-known and notorious stress hormone cortisol increases. Initially, this is not a major concern. Who isn't stressed occasionally? However, in the case of prolonged stress, the increased concentration of the neurotransmitter noradrenaline has an inflammatory effect on the hair follicle. Damage to the hair root can occur, which can lead to the premature termination of the growth phase. The consequence of this termination becomes apparent after about 2-3 months. The affected scalp hair falls out. Unfortunately, the persistently elevated cortisol level can additionally lead to the inhibition of hair growth, alongside hair loss. Thus, you not only lose hair, but new hair may also not grow back for the time being. In addition, an unbalanced diet, alongside an unbalanced hormone level, can lead to vitamin and nutrient deficiencies. This further stresses and burdens the body. Especially iron and vitamin C are considered essential building blocks for healthy hair growth. A deficiency and the resulting inadequate nutrient supply to the follicles can also promote hair thinning. The female cycle can also lead to significant hormonal shifts. Here, the balance between the female sex hormone estrogen and the male hormone testosterone becomes disrupted. These hormones also influence the division activity of hair follicles and the duration of the hair cycle. Even the smallest fluctuations in hormone levels can affect hair growth and lead to hair loss. Hair loss after pregnancy or during menopause is also not uncommon. The accompanying drop in estrogen levels also leads to an unbalanced hormone level. Hormonal contraception methods like the birth control pill also significantly interfere with the hormonal balance and can therefore affect your hair. Diffuse Hair Loss There are many different types of pathological hair loss, but diffuse hair loss (alopecia diffusa) is the most common in women. Diffuse hair loss is characterized by a gradual, even thinning of the hair. This can be caused by a number of factors: Aging Hormones Stress Infectious diseases Medication intake Radiation and chemotherapy Essentially, with diffuse hair loss, the hair follicles remain intact. If you suffer from diffuse hair loss, there are a number of treatments that can help you. Talk to your doctor to learn more about your options and chances for treatment. Alopecia Areata Alopecia areata is considered a rare form in women and often manifests itself in adolescence. Individual round bald patches form on the scalp or other body regions. An autoimmune disease can be the trigger. Due to a faulty regulation, the body's defense cells attack cells in the hair follicles. The result is an inflammatory reaction. Often, the disease improves on its own after a few months, so no therapy is necessary. If this is not the case, therapy with cortisone can be started for pronounced findings. Cortisone suppresses immune reactions. Furthermore, it is possible to inject cortisone under the scalp of the hairless areas if there are only a few. Androgenetic Alopecia Yes, it's not just men. Women also suffer from hereditary hair loss. Not as frequently as men, but this type of hair loss affects up to 42% of women. Hereditary hair loss, called androgenetic alopecia, is caused by the inherited gene, which leads to an oversensitivity of the hair root to the hormone dihydrotestosterone (DHT). The hair primarily thins and becomes sparser in the parting area. The typical receding hairline and baldness in men as a result of hereditary hair loss are only found in a few cases. What to do for hair loss? Suddenly thin, sparse hair is alarming. But before indiscriminately grabbing the first available products from advertising, the exact cause of hair loss should first be identified. Here, either a dermatologist or initially the family doctor is the right point of contact. Subsequently, an individual treatment plan can be created under medical supervision. If a specific medication is causing the hair loss, an alternative preparation may be tried. If diseases such as hyperthyroidism or malnutrition are the cause of hair loss, these will be treated. Medicinal Treatment Options Whether man or woman, there are various treatment options for hair loss. In the case of hereditary causes, there is the option of drug treatment. For example, with the active ingredient Minoxidil. As a blood pressure lowering agent, this active ingredient in some cases allows new, strong hair to grow back. Alopecia areata is counteracted with the local application of cortisone or dithranol. In anti-androgen treatment against hormone-related hair loss, tablets containing anti-androgens are used. The effect of the male hormone on the hair roots is thus blocked, blood circulation to the scalp is promoted, and hair growth is stimulated. Hair transplantation If severe hair loss cannot be counteracted, hair transplantation is an option. Here, autologous hair is implanted into desired bald spots and can then grow independently after the procedure, closing bald spots on the skin. It is important to note, however, that such an intervention is a cosmetic surgery, which usually has to be self-financed and can also entail side effects. Swelling and water retention may occur, or individual grafts may fall out again. This operation should therefore be carefully considered and viewed as a last resort. Tips for preventing hair loss in women But what can women do to prevent unwanted hair loss? A severely underestimated reason for pathological hair loss is stress. Stress robs your body of many vitamins and nutrients essential for healthy hair growth. Therefore, largely reduce "stress triggers" and make sure to process accumulated adrenaline. To best manage this, you need to exercise regularly. This can be as simple as going for a walk, practicing yoga, or cycling. Additional sports further support these processes. [HAIR LOSS SERUM] Smoking habits and alcohol consumption should also be reconsidered. These further stress the body and deplete valuable nutrients. Fundamentally: Pay attention to a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Address deficiencies as quickly as possible. In the case of hormonal changes such as pregnancy or menopause, pay increased attention to the increased need and/or supplement essentials. Another option is to take FullHair Hair Capsules. Alopecia Areata - Everything You Need to Know!

Dealing with hair loss can be difficult. For many people, their hair is a big part of their identity. Sudden hair loss and the resulting bald spots on the skin can be emotionally devastating and a psychological burden. There are various ways to cope with any form of hair loss. Some people choose to wear wigs or hats, while others opt for treatments that stimulate hair growth. No matter how those affected deal with it, it's important to remember that you are not alone and help is available if you need it.  While the cause is unknown, the condition is thought to be autoimmune in nature. Treatment for alopecia areata typically focuses on managing symptoms and helping the person cope with hair loss. There is no cure for alopecia areata, but in some cases, the hair regrows from the roots on its own. Definition – Alopecia Areata  Alopecia areata, also known as spot baldness, is a condition in which the body attacks its own hair follicles. This leads to bald patches on the scalp, face, and sometimes other parts of the body. The cause of this condition is unknown, but it is thought to be autoimmune in nature. There is no cure, but treatment can help improve the appearance of the hair and prevent further loss.  Typical Symptoms of Alopecia Areata  There are a few ways to recognize alopecia areata. First, you may notice that your head, beard, or body hair is falling out in patches. These bald spots, more precisely rounded areas, are usually round or oval, hence the name "alopecia areata". Another way to determine if you have this condition is to look at your scalp and hair roots. If you see bald patches that are smooth and shiny, this is another sign. If you suspect it or notice the first small bald spots, it is important to see a doctor so that they can confirm the diagnosis and start treatment. The associated hair loss does not necessarily have to be permanent. In some cases, the lost hair regrows naturally within six months. Occasionally, the color (pigment) in some hairs changes, leaving gray or white hairs up to gray spots. Possible Causes of Alopecia Areata? Basically, alopecia areata is an autoimmune disease. There are many possible causes, but the underlying mechanism is thought to be an autoimmune process. The immune system attacks the hair follicles, causing them to shrink and eventually stop producing hair. There are several theories as to why this might happen, but the exact cause is still unknown.   There are several possible causes for alopecia areata, including stress, hormones, and certain medications. A genetic component is also believed to be involved, as it often runs in families. Regardless of the exact cause, it is clear that the immune system plays a key role in the development of this condition. How does the disease progress? The temporal course of alopecia areata affects hair shape. It can cause your hair to thin and lose its natural shape. This condition is often caused by a buildup of oil and sebum on the scalp, which can block hair follicles and prevent the growth of new hair. The temporal course of hair loss can also be due to genetic factors, hormones, or certain medical conditions. If you suffer from this condition, it is important to consult a doctor or dermatologist so that they can determine the underlying cause and recommend the appropriate treatment. Treatment for Alopecia Areata In addition to various medications, a change in diet can also help your hair. While there isn't a perfect diet for hair loss, there are certain foods that can help improve the condition of the scalp and hair. These include omega-3 fatty acids, biotin, zinc, and iron.  In addition, you can try taking food supplements specially developed to combat hair loss. Diffuse Hair Loss (Alopecia Diffusa) - Everything You Need to Know!

Diffuse hair loss is when you lose hair all over your scalp, instead of just in one spot. It can have a variety of causes, including stress, hormones, thyroid problems, and even certain medications. Doctors prescribe medication for hair loss or give care tips to counteract hair loss, as well as how to stimulate hair regrowth. Hair loss can be a difficult and emotionally charged topic. Diffuse hair loss, in particular, can pose a special challenge. Although there are a number of possible causes for hair loss, the good news is that there are also a number of treatment options for the symptoms. In the following, I would like to give you all relevant information on the topic of diffuse hair loss and answer your questions on the subject. So stay tuned… Definition of diffuse hair loss There are many different types of conditional hair loss, but this is one of the most common. It is characterized by a gradual thinning of the hair on the scalp over time. This can be caused by a number of factors, including aging, hormones, and even stress. Although it is usually not a medical problem, diffuse hair loss can be disruptive and cause low self-esteem. Fundamentally, hair follicles remain intact with diffuse hair loss. If you suffer from this hair loss, there are a number of treatments that can stimulate hair growth on your scalp again. Talk to your doctor about your options and find the best way to cope with this condition. What happens to my hair follicles? Hair follicles are an important part of the hair growth process. If they are damaged or stop functioning properly, this can lead to hair loss. This is a symptom of many different conditions. They range from hormonal imbalances to autoimmune diseases. Although there is no cure, there are treatments that can improve the condition and prevent further damage. Recognizing symptoms: How do I recognize diffuse hair loss? You can recognize diffuse hair loss (diffuse alopecia) by various symptoms. One way is to pay attention to the amount of hair you are losing. If you are losing a lot of hair, then it is likely that you are suffering from it. Another way to recognize diffuse alopecia is to look at the quality of your hair. If your hair is thinning or breaking easily, you can recognize it. Finally, if you experience other symptoms such as fatigue or mood swings, this can be another sign. But don't despair. You cannot be 100% sure. I recommend you visit your family doctor and clarify everything with him. Are there differences between women and men? Yes, there are some differences between diffuse hair loss in women and men. While both sexes can be affected by this type of hair loss, it is more common in women. It is also more often permanent in women. In addition, the pattern of diffuse hair loss differs between women and men. In women, hair loss is usually more evenly distributed over the scalp, while in men it is often concentrated in one area on the scalp. 1. Causes of diffuse hair loss in women Hair loss can be a difficult and emotionally stressful experience for anyone. For women, however, it can be particularly distressing. Women are often told that their hair is a symbol of their femininity. So, when they start to lose it due to hair loss, they can feel like they are losing a part of themselves. There are many causes. Hair loss in women is often caused by hormonal changes that can occur during menopause, pregnancy, or due to stress. Further causes of hair loss in women are: Taking or discontinuing birth control pills Iron deficiency Hormonal changes Thyroid diseases Hormonal fluctuations or nutrient deficiencies (e.g. vitamin C or vitamin E) If you are struggling with hair loss, know that you are not alone and there are people who understand what you are going through. 2. Causes of diffuse hair loss in men There are a number of possible causes of hair loss in men. One cause is a genetic predisposition. If hair loss occurs in your family, it is more likely that you will experience it yourself. Another possible cause is stress. It can be a side effect of physical or emotional stress as a cause. Finally, certain medical conditions can also lead to hair loss. For example, an autoimmune disease called alopecia areata – circular hair loss can cause patchy hair loss that can eventually lead to diffuse hair loss if left untreated. How long can diffuse hair loss last? The aforementioned hair loss is a very common problem that many people face. Depending on the cause, hair loss can unfortunately last for different lengths of time. Disease-related hair loss occurs when hair falls out more than normal, which can last from a few months to several years. It can be caused by stress, certain medical conditions, and medications. How can I treat diffuse hair loss? There are many ways to treat diffuse alopecia. The most important thing, however, is to find out the underlying cause. Hair loss can be caused by a number of things, including stress, nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, and certain medical conditions, as well as other causes. Once the cause is identified, treatment can be tailored specifically to that person. For example, if hair loss is due to stress, managing stress levels is key to treatment. This can mean lifestyle changes, such as regular exercise, meditation or yoga, and adequate sleep. If hair loss is due to a nutrient deficiency, taking supplements or eating more foods rich in that nutrient is necessary. A unbalanced diet should therefore also be avoided. If it is due to a hormonal imbalance, hormone therapy may be recommended. It only counts to use the right therapy and then stimulate hair growth again. [HAIR LOSS SERUM] Regardless of the underlying cause of the particular type of hair loss, there are therapies that can help. I recommend you consult your doctor for advice on how to correctly treat your scalp hair loss. Is there a difference between diffuse hair loss and hereditary hair loss? Yes, there is. Hereditary hair loss is a condition that can be inherited from both parents. In most cases, the hair growth cycle is simply shortened. This leads to thinner, shorter hairs. In some cases, however, the hair follicles can shrink, which can eventually lead to hair loss. Diffuse hair loss, on the other hand, is not hereditary. Symptoms of hereditary hair loss usually appear in early adulthood. In men, this hair loss can manifest as a receding hairline or thinning of the crown. In women, this hair loss can appear as thinning of the entire scalp. There is no cure for hereditary hair loss. However, there are treatments that can help slow its progression and improve the appearance of the hair.
Shampoo als Wundermittel gegen Haarausfall?

Shampoo as a miracle cure for hair loss?

Hair loss is a condition that can affect people of all ages and backgrounds. While there are many treatments available for those who want to restore their hair, some may resort to questionable remedies. From herbal supplements to special shampoos, these so-called hair loss "cures" often have little to no scientific evidence to back up their claims of effectiveness. Some of these remedies can even be dangerous for your hair, as they contain ingredients that are not suitable for use on the scalp or face. Some ingredients can cause severe skin irritation and even infections during treatment, especially if not applied correctly. Similarly, some products that claim to reduce hair loss contain potentially toxic substances such as mercury or lead, which can harm your body if used in excess. Shampoo & Hair Loss Shampoo and hair loss are two topics that are often discussed together, but is there really a direct connection between them? What impact does shampoo really have on hair? Many people fear that using too much shampoo or the wrong type of shampoo can cause hair loss, while others believe it has no effect at all. To understand the relationship between these two topics, we must first examine what causes hair loss in general. Hair loss can be caused by a variety of factors such as genetics, hormones, stress, age, and even poor nutrition. If any of these factors play a significant role in your life, it is possible that you are experiencing some degree of hair loss. However, when it comes to shampoo specifically, there is not much evidence to suggest that it is directly involved in causing hair loss or thinning hair. Different Types of Hair Loss Hair loss affects both men and women, although it is more common in men than in women. Hair loss can range from mild thinning of the hair to complete baldness. There are many different types of hair loss, all of which are due to damage to the hair roots. The most common type of hair loss is androgenetic alopecia, which is responsible for hair loss in men and women. With this type of hair loss, hormones cause sensitivity at the hair root, leading to a decrease in growth and ultimately hair loss. Another form is alopecia areata, where patches on the scalp become completely free of hair as a result of an autoimmune disease that attacks healthy hair follicles. Hereditary hair loss can also be a major problem for some. Benefits of Shampooing Shampooing is something many of us do daily or weekly. It's an important part of our hair care routine, as it helps our hair look and feel good. What are the benefits of shampooing for your hair, you might ask? First, shampoo helps remove dirt and excess oils from the scalp and hair strands (oily hair), leaving them fresh and clean. This can be particularly beneficial if you have an oily scalp or work in polluted environments. Second, regular shampooing promotes healthy hair growth by removing dirt or debris that could block follicle growth. Finally, certain shampoos contain ingredients such as vitamins that can help nourish your scalp, keep it hydrated, and make it shiny. Ingredients & Research Hair loss is a common problem that many people struggle with, and many are looking for natural solutions to address the issue. The good news is that research has shown that there are several ingredients that can help with hair loss. Ingredient-based shampoos are becoming increasingly popular, as they allow consumers to harness the therapeutic properties of natural herbs and oils without applying harsh chemicals to their scalp. Natural ingredients such as Eclipta prostrata, Nigella sativa, and caffeine have been studied for hair growth, making them a great choice when selecting a shampoo to combat hair loss. Caffeine, in particular, can prevent hair loss and is a great ingredient for shampoos. Other ingredients such as saw palmetto extract and pumpkin seed oil can also be beneficial as they block DHT production – the hormone responsible for male pattern hair loss. Proper Hair Care is Key In general, hair care is essential, with products that support hair growth. Regular, but not too frequent, hair washing combined with proper care can help support hair growth, relieve stressed hair, and promote healthy hair. [HAIR LOSS SERUM] I hope you enjoyed the article. How Does Optimal Beard Care Work? - Beard Care Tips from Dr. Massing

Fundamentals of Beard Care Beard care is an extremely relevant and versatile topic for men. Every man who wears a beard should familiarize themselves with the subject and know how to properly care for their beard. In the following article, we will discuss the basics of proper beard care and provide tips on how to properly care for your beard. If you are considering growing a beard, this article may also be relevant to you. Cleaning: Washing & Moisturizing A key foundation of beard care is properly washing and moisturizing your beard. Fundamentally, cleaning the beard is an essential part of beard care to remove dirt, sweat, oils, and other residues that can cause irritation or acne on the skin. How do I wash my beard? First, you should start by rinsing your beard with warm water for a few minutes. This process helps to loosen any dirt or foreign particles that have accumulated in your facial hair. Next, you should apply a beard shampoo specifically designed for beards and gently massage it into your beard hair in circular motions. Afterwards, you should thoroughly rinse your beard hair with warm water until all traces of shampoo are gone. Finally, you can thoroughly rinse your beard with cold water to close the pores and give it a shiny finish. Small tip: You don't necessarily have to wash your beard daily for care. This can make it greasy faster and look brittle. Once or twice a week is perfect for your beard hair and your skin. How do I choose the right shampoo for my beard? Choosing the right shampoo is an important decision for optimal care. With the numerous varieties on the market, it can be difficult to know which is best for your facial hair. To ensure you're using the right shampoo for your beard care routine, several factors need to be considered. When selecting for your beard, consider what type of facial hair you have – this can range from thick, coarse curls to thin, straight strands. You should also consider how often you want to clean your beard hair – some shampoos are designed for daily use, while others are better suited for washing once or twice a week. It's also important to check if the product has natural ingredients and does not contain harsh chemicals, as these can strip moisture and lead to irritation or dryness of the underlying skin. Trimming: How do I trim my beard? An important part of beard care is trimming the beard hair. When it comes to beard care, you should regularly trim your beard and incorporate trimming into your beard care routine. The process can be divided into five points: Preparation: Before you start trimming, you should thoroughly wash your beard hair and blow-dry it. This makes the hair easier to comb and trim. It is best to use a special beard shampoo and a beard balm to keep your beard supple and well-groomed and to protect the skin. Combing: Use a wide-tooth comb to comb and detangle your beard. Make sure to comb all hairs from root to tip to avoid knots. Trimming: Use good beard scissors and hair clippers to shape your beard hair. Start at the bottom and slowly work your way up. Don't forget to trim the sides and neck area as well, and be careful not to injure yourself while shaving. This can happen quickly, and skin injuries can be very uncomfortable to slightly painful. Finishing Touches: Use precision scissors to work on smaller areas and curves. This helps to keep your beard neat and symmetrical. Care: After shaving, it is important to care for your beard hair to keep it healthy and shiny. Use a beard oil or balm to nourish and care for your beard. Styling: Options & Tips Beards & Styling Beards are one of the hottest trends in men's grooming. Whether it's a short stubble (three-day beard), a full lumberjack look, or something in between, there's no denying that facial hair can be a great way to enhance your appearance and give you an attractive edge. With proper beard care, shaving, and correct styling techniques, you can transform even the simplest beard into something truly impressive. When it comes to styling beards, the key is to find one that suits your face shape and complements your features. It's important to always keep your beard clean and well-trimmed – not too long or too short – as this provides definition and ensures that all your natural beauty shines through. Otherwise, using high-quality products like beard oil or balm can help to nourish and care for the hair to achieve a healthier-looking finish. Different Beard Styles Beards have become a popular style choice for many men in recent years. Beards not only offer men a great way to express themselves and their individual style, but they are also stylable in various shapes, sizes, and styles. From the classic full beard to the modern Van Dyke or Balbo look, there are many different beard styles, with something for every taste. The full beard is the most common type of facial hair and creates a classic look that has been popular with men for centuries. It usually consists of connected sideburns, mustache, and chin hair that remain slightly longer than the rest of the face. A variation of this style is an extended goatee, which includes a chinstrap attached to each corner of the mouth. Face Shape Considerations Beards are a popular facial accessory for men, and when it comes to growing facial hair, face shape should be considered. Knowing what type of beard suits you best can help you decide on the right style. Face shapes are typically categorized into four: oval, round, square, and triangular. If you have an oval face shape, this is considered ideal for most beard styles. Round faces should opt for longer styles that help to add length to the face, such as a goatee or a Van Dyke, which consists of a combination of mustache and soul patch. Men with square faces should consider stubble or short box beards, as these can soften sharp angles in the jawline; while those with triangular face shapes should choose full beards that balance both sides of the chin line. Necessary Gadgets and Products Beards are no longer considered unkempt or uncultivated. In fact, they have become a fashionable and stylish choice for men of all ages. However, maintaining the perfect beard requires more than just a visit to the barber – you also need to invest in the necessary tools and products to keep your facial hair looking healthy and well-groomed. [BEARD CARE GADGETS] From electric trimmers to special balms, there are a variety of products on the market that can help keep your beard looking its best. With an electric trimmer with adjustable settings, you can precisely shape and style your facial hair for any desired look. Similarly, investing in a good moisturizing conditioner helps keep your beard hydrated and manageable while protecting against split ends. Tips for Styling & Care Beards are a great way to express yourself and add a little style to your look. With the right care and styling, you can keep your beard looking healthy and well-groomed. Here again are the most important beard care tips summarized on how to care for and style your beard for maximum impact: First, it's important to make sure you take good care of your beard by washing it regularly with a mild beard shampoo and moisturizing it with a light conditioner. To keep it neat, use scissors or a trimmer to trim the edges of your beard every few weeks. This will ensure that all hairs grow evenly, while avoiding split ends or flyaways. To grow your beard, use a beard serum, for example. When it comes to styling, there are many options, ranging from classic looks like a full beard or goatee to trendy styles like sideburns or undercuts.
